Order cancellation and refund
Fill out the form below if you want to cancel your online store order or make a return notification.
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act for those products that meet our return terms.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once we have received your cancellation notice, we will send you a confirmation email. Your payment will be refunded to the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, the matter will be processed as a return. You will receive the necessary return instructions with your order. After the return is processed, the payment will be refunded in accordance with our return terms.
